Our online store is open 24 hours, seven days a week. We actively monitor our phone and emails between 7am and 6pm AEDT Tuesday to Saturday. Outside of those hours, we sporadically check our phone and emails for messages, so please be patient with us in getting back to you.

Did we miss your call? We are on the road delivering your delicious gifts around Canberra between 10am and 4pm AEDT, Tuesday through Saturday, so we may have been in the middle of a delivery. Leave us a voicemail or send us a text message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Please note, as our number is publicly listed, we receive a high number of spam calls, so we do not return calls where no voicemail has been left, or no follow up text message sent.
